Hydrogen manufacturing, methanol, Synthetic ammonia converted furnace burner

Hydrogen manufacturing, methanol, Synthetic ammonia converted furnace top burner is a new generation burner designed and manufactured by our company. It has the characteristics of reliable operation, safety and low energy consumption. Hydrogen reforming furnace, methanol reforming furnace and synthetic ammonia one-stage reforming furnace are generally double-sided radiant  vertical heating furnace, which is a reaction heating furnace. The furnace temperature requirement is greater than 950 °C, the flame needs to be strong and straight, the combustion is sufficient,  flame length is generally 2.0M, the combustion is even and sufficient, and the furnace tube can not be partly overheated. The main fuel is the self-produced purge gas, which has a low calorific value (about 8400KJ/Nm3) and a low pressure (before the burner is lower than 0.02Mpa(G)). The insufficient heat is supplemented by refinery gas or natural gas. The combustion air is generally a preheated wind with a higher temperature.
