Burner for Auxiliary Combustion Chamber of Catalyze Unit is a new type of burner designed and developed by our company. This type of burner is mainly used to assist the combustion chamber to provide heat for the start of the Catalytic Device, and can be deactivated after the Catalytic Unit is started. The fuel is diesel and fuel gas, and these two fuel can be used alone or in combination. The positive pressure in the combustion chamber (~0.1MPa-0.2MPa) requires the burner to be equipped with an automatic ignition function and equipped with a dual flame monitor. Due to the large temperature change and constant temperature gradient in the process of drying the lining, most of the operation is required to be flexible, stable and reliable.
